| How do I return an item? |

- Items purchased online or by phone may be returned or exchanged by mail.
- For a full refund returns must be made with the original receipt and merchandise must be in its original condition.
- Returns by mail without a receipt require an order number, name and address or they will not be accepted.
- Women's swimwear must be unworn with tags.
- Shipping & Handling fees and Gift Wrap are non-refundable, unless an item is damaged or defective.
